OneCityMap

The OneCityMap, designed by the Citywide Data Warehouse (CityDW), provides DC residents with information for specific addresses or areas by using government operational data.

Displaying results on a map, this tool gives residents the ability to find District schools in a particular area, as well as, view crime incidents and service requests by location and time. The application provides residents and visitors of the District of Columbia with a snapshot of the city around them and of government at work.

The tool was developed using several cutting-edge technologies that create a clean mapping interface and an truely interactive experience for the end user.

The OneCityMap may currently be utilized at Building a City that Works
