In an effort to make the application easier for DCPS families to complete, we have cut the number of pages in the enrollment packet while we continue to work toward a paperless registration.
If you are new to DCPS, you can obtain copies by visiting your school directly or downloading the forms below.
After you have completed your forms, please take all your documents, including your residency documentation, to your school. Learn how you can prove your residency in the District of Columbia so you can enroll your child.
