To make sure that all DCPS students have the opportunity to chart their path to graduation, keep a record of their progress, and explore the courses, skills and experiences needed to take their education or career to the next level, DCPS has introduced an online tool called the Individual Graduation Portfolio (IGP).

This tool is available to all DCPS parents and students in grades six through twelve, including DCPS students attending non-public schools.

With IGP, students will have an electronic portfolio of educational, career and academic achievement information that will travel with them through school and guide their progress through middle and high school. IGP is an important tool that will help the IEP team learn more about a student’s career interests and skills when creating a transition plan.

To learn more about IGP and how students and their parents can log on, please visit the IGP section on the DCPS website.
