Instructional Superintendent for Cluster IV

Errick Greene is the Instructional Superintendent for Cluster IV, where he supports principals and staff in elementary schools.

Professional Experience
Mr. Greene has over eighteen years of experience in schools and education-related programs. He has developed and managed training programs for state school leaders, led school quality reviews and coordinated federally funded programs. Mr. Greene began his career as a 5th-8th grade social studies and self-contained teacher in Baltimore. Most recently, Mr. Greene served as Head of School at The Arts & Technology Academy Public Charter School where he and his team doubled student proficiency scores and decreased student out-of-school suspensions by half. Mr. Greene built a cohesive team of caring and capable educators, created one of DC’s most robust elementary arts and technology programs and cultivated several strategic partnerships to support the school’s continual growth.

Education
Mr. Greene holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in education from Howard University, as well as a master’s in Educational Administration from Trinity University. Mr. Greene has also been a participant at the National Institute for Urban School Principals at Harvard University.
