The DCPS Email Upgrade project is complete! Thank you for your patience while we upgraded your email accounts. Please begin using mail.dc.gov to access your email from the Web. 

If you use Outlook on your desktop, be sure to follow the configuration instructions below to begin receiving email through Outlook again.

If you are still experiencing trouble accessing your email account, please contact IT ServUs immediately at 202-442-5715 or servus.helpdesk@dc.gov. IT ServUs is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

PLEASE NOTE:

When logging in to mail.dc.gov, please be sure to always enter “hq\yourusername” in the first field.

Examples: hq\jane.doe, hq\jdoe01

Please call IT ServUs to have Office 2011 installed. Entourage is not compatible with Exchange 2007.
