WHAT: Event will feature musical performances, a staff shadow day, school assembly, and contests. The highlight of the week will be a Career Fair on May 18 in which professionals from a variety of fields will share information about their careers. Past participants include DC government and public safety employees, professional soccer players, musicians, scientists, judges, business owners, chefs, and military personnel. The Toyota Literacy Program also will hold a community career-building and resume-writing workshop.
WHEN: Career Week will be May 14-18, 2012. Career Fair will be held May 18.
