These service requests are received by the Office of Customer Service Operations of the Office of Unified Communications (OUC) through the Mayor's Call Center (311), citizens web intake, electronic and US mail service or via other methods of communication.
The data shown for service requests on this application are automatically accessed and updated every hour Monday to Sunday. By clicking on a service request icon on the map, users can view:
Complaint Type - Description of service requests
Created Date - Date service request was created
Status - Status of the service
Open - indicates the service request has not been completed
Closed (includes Closed overdue) - indicates the service request has been completed
Open overdue- indicates the service request has not been completed and overdue
Agency - responsible agency

The map displays location points for service requests submitted to DC government. The public can search based on location and follow service requests submitted in the last two, seven or thirty days.
