The District of Columbia is one of few jurisdictions in the country making geospatial data freely available. As a result, DC government has generated a great amount of collaboration amongst its agencies, residents and visitors. CTO Bryan Sivak discusses how this business model is indeed working and generating a different kind of return on investment.
