WHAT/WHO: Mayor Vincent C. Gray will address an anticipated audience of 80-100 District of Columbia government human resources professionals and liaisons on the opening day of the DC Department of Human Resources’ Inaugural HR Summit. Building on his “One City, One Hire” initiative, the Mayor will underscore the pivotal role that HR professionals and practitioners play in the city’s efforts to recruit and hire qualified District residents.

The Summit is intended to provide DC government HR professionals and practitioners with a forum to gain valuable insights and access to industry best practices, training and professional networks that will allow them to provide better service.
