WHAT/WHO: Mayor Vincent C. Gray will host the first in a series of monthly town hall meetings in Ward 8 for youth. Mayor Gray is continuing a practice he launched when he was Chairman of the Council of the District of Columbia to invite District residents 21-years-old and younger to discuss issues important to their age group. The D.C. Youth Advisory Council, under the leadership of Cedric Jennings, is the lead planner of the town hall meetings.
