DCRA- Request for Reconsideration

DCRA provided all the requested documents that were in the agency’s possession. Therefore the appeal was rendered moot and thereby dismissed.

MPD-Request Denied

Requester is challenging the denial of his initial FOIA request for the criminal histories of certain individuals. This information constitutes a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.

WASA, Denial Under Deliberative Process Privilege

Requester appeals because they believe WASA wrongfully classified documents as deliberative process. After an in camera review the Mayor’s office believed the documents to be deliberative process

In initial appeal MPD did not respond when a response was provided requester believed it to be incomplete and submitted another appeal. Mayor’s office determined MPD’s response to be incomplete and MPD is ordered to provide a response within 5 days.
