The Mayor’s office determined the address of a mental health facility does not fall under the definition of mental health information. ![]() Office of the Secretary, Requesting More InformationBased on mutually agreed upon search terms the Office of the Secretary produced relevant documents. The requester did not receive the documents desired and appealed requesting a search with broader terms. This constitutes a new search and this appeal is thereby dismissed. ![]() OTR- Request for a ResponseRequester wanted records explaining why his property taxes increased and the names of all persons involved. Requester received a list of vacant properties but no names.
