After adoption of the FY 2009 budget, the CFO issued revised revenue estimates that projected a budget gap. In response, the Mayor and Council enacted a gap-closing plan that adjusted both appropriations and revenues. Therefore the FY 2009 approved budget should be read in conjunction with the FY 2009 approved Gap-Closing Plan.
