The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) is working with the Office of Public Education Facilities Modernization (OPEFM) to build the new Rosedale Community Center.

• New multipurpose athletic field
• New outdoor pool
• New children's pool
• New play courts
• Play equipment
• Parking area
• Landscaping
• Hardscaping
