 10th Street Park - Park DevelopmentDPR has undertaken the development and construction of the new 10th Street Park.  11th and Monroe Street Park RenovationDPR has renovated the park at 11th and Monroe Streets, NW. The new park will feature a new playground; new plaza; landscaping; water fountain; and game tables.  16th Street Playground RenovationThe Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) completed renovations at the 16th Street Playground located at the DPR Headquarters 3149 16th Street, NW.  18th Street and Bunker Hill ParkThe DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) has developed a new park at 18th Street and Bunker Hill, NE in Ward 5. 2nd and H Triangle Park - Water SourceDPR will install a new water source at 2nd & H Triangle Park. This will help care for newly planted trees. Anacostia Fitness Center RenovationIn 2009, DPR renovated the Anacostia Fitness Center. The scope of work included renovations to the locker rooms, offices, and fitness areas. Entire facility received plumbing upgrades, new paint, and new flooring. Bald Eagle Recreation Center ModernizationDPR is expanding and modernizing the Bald Eagle Recreation Center with three project components: modernization, boxing annex expansion, and outdoor improvements. Barry Farm Concrete Step InstallationDPR demolished and built new steps that comply with the District of Columbia’s requirements at various sites.  Barry Farm Recreation Center RenovationThe DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) is working with the Office of Public Education Facilities Modernization (OPEFM) to build the new Barry Farm Recreation Center. The new facility will feature an indoor aquatic center and the city's second indoor water slide. Brentwood Field Barrier NetAs a result of the number of fly balls going into the street, the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) installed a barrier net at the Brentwood baseball field.
