Street trees require significant attention and upkeep to ensure they maximize their environmental, social, and economic value while minimizing risk to property and life. This map shows current locations of scheduled street tree removal work.
Call 311 (311 Online) to request a street tree service. A certified arborist will inspect the tree within 30 days and, if work is required, it will be completed within 9 months to account for citywide workload and different phases. A permit is required for any non-DDOT representative to conduct work on street trees.
Call 311 to report a tree emergency or imminent threat that requires immediate attention. If people are injured, call 911.
