Oxon Run Trail Rehabilitation Project - Final Draft August 2010

The Oxon Run Trail Rehabilitation Project concept plan has been developed by the District Department of Transportation to improve bicycle and pedestrian transportation and recreational park access. Its purpose is to be used as a guide to improve the trail network system in Oxon Run Park, and to provide direction for improvements regarding the following:

  • trail segments that need to be rehabilitated
  • trail segments necessary to complete a trail network and
  • related park access, traffic safety, and landscape improvements.

This concept plan provides guidance on the areas/trail segments to be rehabilitated and new proposed trail alignments, as well as a phased implementation approach for all improvements.
