Lane Restrictions for Wisconsin Avenue between Hall Place and Massachusetts Avenue

Starting Tuesday, November 13, 2012 Wisconsin Avenue, NW between Hall Place, NW and Massachusetts Avenue, NW will have restricted lanes to accommodate roadway resurfacing activities associated with the current upgrade of Wisconsin Avenue, NW.

(Washington, DC) – Starting Tuesday, November 13, 2012 the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will be restricting lanes on Wisconsin Avenue, NW between Hall Place, NW and Massachusetts Avenue, NW to accommodate roadway resurfacing activities associated with the current upgrade of Wisconsin Avenue, NW.

The lane restrictions are scheduled to take place between 7 am and 7 pm.

During the week of November 19 this work will take place Monday through Wednesday. Any outstanding work will be completed between November 26 and November30, weather permitting.

During this time lanes on Wisconsin Avenue will be kept open as follows:

  • 7:00 am – 9:30 am — Two southbound lanes and one northbound lane will be kept open.
  • 9:30 am – 3:30 pm — One southbound and one northbound lane will be kept open.
  • 3:30 pm – 6:00 pm — Two northbound lanes and one southbound lane will be kept open.

During this time access to all properties will be kept open; however, curbside parking will not be permitted.

Temporary signs will be in place to alert and guide the traveling public.
