UPDATE: Ramp Closures Scheduled for Outbound Roosevelt Bridge (I-66) at Ramp to GW Parkway

During the ramp closure, signed detours will be posted.
WASHINGTON, DC — The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will make bridge preservation repairs to the outbound Roosevelt Bridge (I-66) at the ramp to the George Washington Parkway, beginning on Saturday, May 18, 2013.
The repairs will require temporary closures to this ramp. These closures will take place on Saturday, May 18, 2013 from 4 am to 3:30 pm and on Sunday, May 19, 2013 from 4 am to 5 pm.
During the ramp closures, signed detours will be posted.
- Motorists will be detoured to Route 50, then to North Lynn Street and the George Washington Parkway.
The public can expect some disruption of traffic flow during the work hours. DDOT encourages all motorists to be cautious as they travel through the work zone.
