(Washington, DC) The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will be closing a single inbound lane on the Chain Bridge daily between 10 am and 2:45 pm, from Monday, January 10 through Friday, January 14, weather permitting.

The lane closures are required to remove construction equipment used during the recent rehabilitation of the bridge.

Temporary signs will be in place to alert the traveling public in this area. One lane will remain open in each direction for traffic crossing the bridge.
