(Washington, DC) On Monday, July 16 and Tuesday, July 17 the northbound and southbound center lanes in the 3rd Street Tunnel (I-395) will be closed overnight.  The lane closures will allow the crews working on the Air Rights Tunnel Rehabilitation Project External Website to chip out and remove the joints on the center pier of the Massachusetts Avenue Bridge.
