DDOT to Conduct February Bridge Inspections
Routine Inspections Part of On-going Safety and Maintenance Effort

(Washington, DC) The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will be conducting bridge safety and maintenance inspections throughout its highway network between 10 am and 3 pm starting Tuesday, February 15 through Wednesday, February 16, weather permitting.
This activity will require single traffic lane closures, during off-peak hours. Temporary signs will be in place to alert the traveling public in this area.
Inspection Schedule / Lane Closures
Tuesday, February 15
Left lane closures on the north approach to northbound 14th Street (Arland D. Williams Memorial) Bridge (I-395), followed by alternating right and left lane closures of the southbound ramp under the same bridge.
Wednesday, February 16
At the north approaches to the 14th Street Bridges (I-395) there will be a left lane closure of the northbound 14th Street Bridge ramp over the southbound ramp, followed by a left lane closure of the ramps to the southbound 14th Street Bridge, followed by alternating left and right lane closures of the southbound ramps under these bridges.
