DDOT Issues Labor Day Weekend Lane Closure Moratorium

(Washington, DC) – The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) announced a lane closure moratorium will remain in place over the Labor Day weekend. The moratorium will apply to all active roadway construction projects through 12 pm on Tuesday, September 4, 2012.  During this time all construction related activities will take place behind barricades and in locations that have no impact on traffic.
