The Department of Transportation solicits Invitations for Bids (IFBs) for FY-13 Local Sidewalk Resotoration Citywide. The work consists of the supplying and installation of citywide rehabilitation of sidewalks including curb and gutter, curb/wheelchair ramps, driveways and alley entrances at various locations in the District of Columbia.

The DC Office of Contracting & Procurement (OCP) solicits bids on behalf of the District Department of Transportation (DDOT), Invitation for Bids (IFB) No.: DCKA-2013-B-0011, FY-13 Local Sidewalk Resotoration Citywide.

The work consists of the supplying and installation of citywide rehabilitation of sidewalks including curb and gutter, curb/wheelchair ramps, driveways and alley entrances at various locations in the District of Columbia.

NON-REFUNDABLE FEE: $50.00 made payable to the DC Treasurer by company check or money order only.

BIDS DUE DATE: February 18, 2013 at 2:00 pm. Bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount is required.

This is a Locally Funded Open Market Project.

This solicitation is subject to all appropriate local and Federal laws, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. During all performance of the Contract, the Contractor and any of its subcontractors shall comply as amended. The act provides that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color or national origin, be excluded from participation in, or be denied the benefits of or be subject to discrimination in federally funded program and activities.
