DDOT Proposes New Regulations for Intercity, Commuter, Sightseeing and Shuttle Buses

- One governs operations by intercity buses and is a revision of previously published rulemaking. This rulemaking would regulate the expanding use of curbside space and sidewalks in the District by intercity bus operators.
- The other is proposed rulemaking that covers use of the public right of way by commuter buses, sightseeing buses, and shuttle buses and amends existing regulations.
