(Washington, DC) The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) is hosting the first in a series of quarterly public meetings for the H Street/Benning Road DC Streetcar Project, on Wednesday, April 20 to update the community on the status of the project and discuss the next steps for a fully operational streetcar line along this corridor.

At the meeting DDOT staff will present the schedule and the maintenance of traffic plan for the upcoming construction activities that will be required to complete the project, and information about the start-up phase for the initial operation of the streetcar.

The information materials that will be presented at this meeting will also be made available online at dcstreetcar.com
on April 20.

The Atlas Theatre is accessible via the X1 and X2 Metrobus routes along H Street and the B2 Metrobus route on 14th Street.
