(Washington, DC) The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) Business Opportunity and Workforce Development Center is teaming with the DC Department of Housing and Community Development to present a workshop on February 22 regarding the Davis-Bacon Wage Act.

As part of the Construction Contractors Federal Compliance Series, senior compliance specialists from the US Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division will help construction related firms navigate the nuances of wage rate and certified payroll record requirements. All DBE/CBE/DSVOB construction firms are strongly encouraged to attend.

The workshop will be facilitated by:

  • FOREST RANDALL, Section Chief
Branch of Construction Wage Determination, US Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division
  • LATRICIA PRATT, Senior Compliance Specialist
