DDOT To Host Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Certification Workshop

(Washington, DC) The District Department of Transportation and the 11th Street Bridge DBE Project Management Team are hosting a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Certification Workshop on Thursday, June 28.

The workshop will focus on how a Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) can benefit from DBE Certification. The session will provide specific information regarding DBE program objectives, certification qualifications and information on how to complete the certification process.

Since many of the highway/heavy construction and civil engineering subcontracting assignments available with the 11th Street Bridge Project and other DDOT related federal aid projects stipulate DBE certification all CBE’s are strongly encouraged to attend.
