The invitation number is DCKA-2012-B-0076 (Open Market). The work consist furnishing and installing Light Emitting Diode (LED) Dynamic Message Sign (DMS) structures and furnishing, installing and testing LED DMS with associated equipment cabinets and central software as specified in this specification.

A BID BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF 5% OF THE AMOUNT IS REQUIRED.
Wage Rates have been predetermined by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and are included in this proposal.
During the performance of the Contract, the Contractor and any of its subcontractors shall comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended.
