The CCCB is an uncompensated 13-person board with members appointed by the Mayor to terms of three years. The Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs provides the CCCB with administrative and staff support.
The Construction Codes Coordinating Board (CCCB) has authority to establish Technical Advisory Groups (TAG) to assist the CCCB in evaluating changes, additions or deletions to a particular model code (or codes) within the International Codes (I-Codes) published by the International Code Council.
