Applying in Person

If you are submitting forms and payment at DCRA, you can pay with cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), money order, or check at the Cashier's Office located conveniently in the the Business Licensing Center on 2nd Floor at 1100 4th Street, SW.

Expedited service fee is required for all walk-in customers that receive service at the Business License Center.

Online Filing

Go to CorpOnline site at https://corp.dcra.dc.gov, create a profile, access the online services main page (use Internet Explorer 8, Chrome, Firefox or Safari) and proceed. Online filers must pay by credit card. Once filing is submitted, print the last confirmation page for your records.
