This rulemaking adopts, on an emergency basis, amendments to Titles 14 (Housing) and 16 (Consumers, Commercial Practices, and Civil Infractions) of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations. This emergency rulemaking was adopted on March 29, 2011, and will remain in effect for up to 120 days, unless earlier superseded by a notice of final rulemaking.
