All subdivisions intended for recordation by the DC Surveyor before the close of the 1st Half Tax Year Period must be submitted with all required signatures (to include property trusts) to: Office of the Zoning Administrator; All applications for condominiums should be submitted with all required signatures to: Surveyors Office;  by close of business September 21, 2012.
