All subdivisions intended for recordation by the DC Surveyor before the close of the 2nd Half Tax Year Period must be submitted with all required signatures (to include property trusts) to: Office of the Zoning Administrator; All applications for condominiums should be submitted with all required signatures to: Surveyors Office;  by close of business Friday, Surveyor Notice September 16, 2011 deadline for subdivision and condominium applications

All subdivisions intended for recordation by the DC Surveyor before the close of the 2nd Half Tax Year Period must be

All applications for condominiums should be submitted with all required signatures to:
Surveyor’s Office
1100 4th Street SW, Room 3174

DEADLINE — by 4:30 pm on
Friday, September 16, 2011

We will continue to accept subdivision and condominium requests after this date, but they may not be processed for inclusion in recordation during the 2nd Half 2011 Tax Year Period.
