Filing Deadline April 2, 2012 - Listing of all domestic and foreign filing entities that are required to file a biennial report by April 2, 2012

Implementation of the new corporations law this past year shifted the reporting deadline. All corporate report deadlines for all filing entities have been changed to April 1 per the District of Columbia Official Code Title 29 (Business Organizations) Enactment Act of 2010 effective January 2, 2012.
 
Entities that were required to file a report by January 15th 2012 must now file that report by April 2nd 2012 instead.

Biannual reports can be filed online by accessing CorpOnline website at https://corp.dcra.dc.gov/
