Corporate Filing Deadline - April 1, 2013 - 2-year report filing deadline

April 1st, 2013 is the 2-year report filing deadline for those domestic and foreign filing entities scheduled to file this reporting period. Filing entities include domestic and foreign for-profit and non-profit corporations, Limited Liability Companies, limited liability partnerships, limited partnerships, general and limited cooperative associations, and business trusts.

Important things to know:

Report fee is 

• $300 (all for-profit entities except nonprofit corporations and general cooperative associations) or 
• $80 (non-profit entities including nonprofit corporations and general cooperative associations) if filed by the deadline. 
• Late fee of $100 (for-profit entities) or $50 (non-profit entities) will be accessed if report is filed after the deadline.

Report can be filed online or by accessing form BRA-25 on the agency’s website.

Online Filing: Click on CorpOnline Link under features services on the agency’s main website http://dcra.dc.gov ; create your profile, access the online services main page, click on “file periodic report” link under appropriate entity type and proceed. Online filers must pay by using Visa or Master credit cards. Print the report summary page for your records before submitting it.

Walk-in filers will be accessed one-day expedited fee of $100 in addition to regular filing fees.

If you have filed a biannual report form BRA-25 for year 2012 or 2013, please disregard this notice.
