Ordering Your Building Plats Online

Now order your plat online.

 

When you apply for a building permit to do exterior work on your property (such as building an addition or adding a deck), you must include a building plat.

Accela Citizen Access

Now customers can submit their request and pay for building plats online. DCRA has opened the process of “request a building plat” to the public through ACA (Accela Citizen Access).

Follow the attached instructions to create an account, then follow the steps to order and pay for your plat.
