Implementation of the new corporations law this past year shifted the reporting deadline. All corporate report deadlines for all filing entities have been changed to April 1 per the District of Columbia Official Code Title 29 (Business Organizations) Enactment Act of 2010 effective January 2, 2012.
 
Entities that were required to file a report by January 15th 2012 must now file that report by April 2nd 2012 instead.
