On January 1, 2012, the District of Columbia Official Code Title 29 (Business Organizations) Enactment Act of 2010 (D.C. Law 18-378; D.C. Official Code §§ 29-101.01 et seq.) will go into effect. In order to implement the new corporations law, these regulations establish the filing fees and the fines amounts for violations.
Implementation of New Corporations Law
On March 30, the attached Notices of Emergency Rulemakings were published in the D.C. Register.

Public comments are being accepted on both Notices of Emergency and Proposed Rulemakings.
